An amazing home located in the centre of entertainment, art and culinary action.

Our professional client’s desire was to make best use of each area within the apartment. We worked on a space enhancing scheme, making best use of each zone and maximizing the storage potential.

We approached the project taking elements from both a modern Scandinavian interior design and the popular Industrial design style. These styles work so well together as they have common threads – neutral tones, mixing texture and functionality.

The result was clean lines, a minimalist style using a blend of textures and soft hues to make this sleek and modern decor feel warm and inviting.

Working with Anne Marie Hamill, from Hamilton Interiors, on designing the interior of my house has been a very positive experience. She has helped me to make informed choices that are within my budget and see how small, affordable changes can make a world of difference to the overall look. Zoom meetings are a very practical and productive way to talk through her ideas as she has already compiled notes & several suggestions from photos of the rooms. By her suggesting shelving/panelling designs, colours, soft furnishings, it brings a unity to the overall look and eliminates the possibility of making expensive design mistakes.
